- Manage terminal operations: Oversee cargo movement, terminal maintenance, and personnel scheduling to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the terminal.
 - Ensure safety compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed, and monitor safety performance to identify and address any potential safety hazards.
 - Coordinate cargo processing: Collaborate with customs and border control, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure timely and accurate cargo processing.
 - Monitor performance: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as container dwell time, productivity, and terminal utilization, and take corrective action as necessary.
 - Manage personnel: Manage and develop a team of terminal operators, providing training and coaching as needed, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
 - Conduct inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the terminal and equipment to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance issues, and address them promptly.
 - Maintain records: Maintain accurate records and documentation of terminal operations, including cargo manifests, inspection reports, and personnel records.
 - Improve processes: Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, and implement changes as needed.
 - Communicate with stakeholders: Maintain effective communication with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
 - Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws, including safety regulations, environmental regulations, and labor laws.
 
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
 - 3+ years of experience in terminal operations, preferably in a container terminal environment.
 - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of terminal operators.
 - Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety protocols.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
 - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
